Srinagar, June 08, 2013 (PPI-OT): The Chairman of All Parties Hurriyet Conference, Mirwaiz Umar Farooq, has nominated Hurriyet leader, Syed Yousuf Naseem, as Convener of the APHC-AJK chapter, and asked him to perform all political and diplomatic activities of the Hurriyet Conference in Pakistan and Azad Jammu and Kashmir. Mirwaiz Umar Farooq in a statement issued in Srinagar said that the nomination of Syed Yousuf Naseem was unanimously decided during the last meeting of the Executive Council of the Hurriyet Conference.
The statement said the decision about nomination of Syed Yousuf Naseem as Convener and restructuring of other sections of the APHC was aimed at making it more vibrant at all levels.
Meanwhile, an APHC delegation comprising Mukhtar Ahmed Waza, Musaddiq Aadil, Abdul Majeed Wani and Zulfiqar Hameed visited Hanjan and Pakharpora areas of Pulwama and condoled with the families of two youth, who were recently martyred by Indian troops.
Addressing on the occasion, APHC leaders said that the sacrifices of martyrs would not be allowed to go waste and their mission would be taken to its logical conclusion at all costs.
