Karachi: Shakarganj Mills Limited informed Karachi Stock Exchange that board meeting of the company is scheduled to be held on May 28, 2015 at Lahore. The agenda of the meeting shall be consideration of quarterly accounts for six month period ended March 31, 2015. Shakarganj Mills Limited is a company incorporated in Pakistan as a public limited company. The foundations of the company are laid under the postulates of the Companies Ordinance, 1984. It is principally engaged in manufacture, purchase and sale of sugar, bio fuel, building materials, yarn (textile) and engaged in generation and sale of electricity (bio power).
