The Crescent Star Insurance Limited’s notice of the meeting of board of directors to discuss the company’s affairs

Karachi, June 13, 2013 (PPI-OT): This is to inform you that a meeting of the Board of Directors will be held on June 22, 2013 Saturday at 1 p.m. at the Company’s registered office, 2nd floor, Nadir House, I. I. Chundrigar Road, Karachi, to discuss the company’s affairs.

The Company has declared the “Closed Period” from June 15, 2013 to June 22, 2013 (both days inclusive) as required under Clause (xxvi) of the Code of Corporate Governance contained in the Listing Regulation No. 37 of the Exchange. Accordingly, no Director CEO or Executive shall, directly/ indirectly, deal in the shares of the Company in any manner during the Closed Period.
