The Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan has allowed us an extension in time up to 31st December 2011 for holding the 17th Annual General Meeting of the Company for the year ended June 30th 2011.
As required by Listing Regulation 20(1) of The Karachi Stock Exchange (Guarantee) Limited (KSE), we enclose a copy of the Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan’ letter No. EMD/233/638/2002 522, dated 3rd November 2011.

Direction under Section 170 of the Companies Ordinance, 1984
This is with reference to your application dated October 27, 2011 seeking direction of the Commission for holding Annual General Meeting (AGM) for the year ended June 30, 2011 of Byco Petroleum Limited (Formerly Bosicor Pakistan Limited), (the “Company”) upto December 31, 2011.
2. The matter has been considered and you are hereby directed under Section 170 of the Companies Ordinance, 1984 to convenes till December 31, 2011 the overdue AGM for the calendar year 2011 so as to lay therein the audited accounts, transact other business as required under the law and thereafter submit, within a week of the date of meeting so held, a compliance report along with attested copies of the minutes and the audited accounts so approved.
3. Please note that this direction shall be without prejudice to the penal and civil consequence of the default already made by the Company and its management in complying with the provisions of Sections 158 and 233 of the Ordinance.
