The Karachi Stock Exchange (Guarantee) Limited’s closure of branch office announcement of Darson Securities (Private) Limited

Karachi: M/s. Darson Securities (Private) Limited, Corporate Member-KSE has informed the Exchange about closure of its Branch Office situated at Shop No. 13, 1st Floor, Al-Karim Plaza, Bahawalpur.

However, the said branch office shall remain open for a period of at least one month from June 29, 2011 (branch closure date) for disposal of pending matters as required under clause 10 of Regulations Governing KSE Members’ Office(s)/Branch Office(s) for conducting the related business.
