The Karachi Stock Exchange (Guarantee) Limited’s credit / delivery of shares certificates – preference right issue

Karachi: We are pleased to inform you that the share certificates in respect of Preference Right Issue have been credited into the respective account of the shareholders maintained with the Central Depository Company of Pakistan Limited.

The share certificates of those shareholders, who opted for physical delivery are ready and may be collected personally or through an authorized representative in exchange for the paid Letters of Right from the Registrar Hameed Majeed Associates (Pvt) Ltd, HM House, 7-Bank Square Shahrah-e-Quaid-e-Azam, Lahore, during working hours. Shareholders who desire to receive their Certificates by post may send their written requests, along with the paid Letters of Rights, upon receipt of which the Share Certificates will be dispatched by Registered Post.

Agritech Limited – Non – Voting Con. and Red. Pref Share Class ‘A’ Credit of Preference Right Shares into CDS

We refer to your confirmation letter regarding the captioned subject. This is to state that 159,329,194 Preference shares of the above mentioned security have been credited into respective account / sub-account in the Central Depository System, at end of day of February 16, 2012.

Furthermore, these securities have been made available to respective Account holders / Sub-Account holders and / or Investors Account holders for transaction from today i.e. February 17, 2012.
