Karachi: This is notify that CDS Eligibility of Ordinary Shares of MCB Asset Management Company Limited (MCBAMC) had been revoked with effect from End of Day on June 27, 2011 the date on which securities of Arif Habib Investments Limited have been allotted to the Shareholders of MCBAMC in accordance with the Scheme of Amalgamation dated April 16, 2011 as sanctioned by the Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan Vide Order June 10, 2011.
