Islamabad: A high-level Turkish delegation from Anadolu Group and Coca-Cola Içecek met with Pakistan’s Finance Minister on Wednesday to discuss ongoing and future investments in the country. The group, led by Atilla Yerlikaya, President of Corporate Affairs, Communications, and Sustainability at Anadolu Group, included Ahmet Kursad Ertin, COO of Coca-Cola Içecek, and Sunay Sanli, General Manager of Coca-Cola Içecek Pakistan.
According to a statement by Press Information Department, the delegation outlined Coca-Cola Içecek’s current investments in Pakistan while expressing interest in exploring new opportunities. They reiterated their long-term commitment to Pakistan’s market and highlighted the country’s economic potential.
The delegation praised recent improvements in Pakistan’s macroeconomic indicators, acknowledging the government’s role in fostering a stable and investor-friendly environment. The Finance Minister commended the contributions of Turkish companies, particularly Coca-Cola Içecek, in driving economic growth and job creation in Pakistan.
The Finance Minister assured the delegation of the government’s dedication to providing a consistent policy framework to attract foreign businesses. Discussions also focused on potential collaboration areas and policy measures to improve the ease of doing business.
