Turkiye thanks Pakistan for extending humanitarian assistance following massive quake

Islamabad, February 25, 2023 (PPI-OT):Ambassador of Türkiye to Pakistan Dr. Mehmet Pacaci says Pakistan and Türkiye have always behaved like one nation and the hearts of Pakistanis beat with Turks. He was talking to media in Islamabad on Saturday during his visit to a donation camp set up for the earthquake victims of Turkiye.

Thanking the people of Pakistan for standing with Türkiye during these difficult times, he said Pakistanis will not leave their Turkish brethren in this calamity. He lauded humanitarian efforts of Pakistan government, armed forces, and the civilians to mitigate the sufferings of the earthquake survivors. However, he said the situation is getting worst due to the cold weather.
