Water filtration plants renovated by Capital Development Authority

Islamabad, September 06, 2013 (PPI-OT): Water Management Wing of the Capital Development Authority (CDA) has renovated all Public Drinking Water Filtration plants installed in different sectors. The testing of water samples has been carried out by the Water Quality Control Cell, C.E. Laboratory, CDA.

The quality of water of working plants is being monitored on regular basis and clarified that the water of these Filtration plants is hygienic and safe in accordance with World Health Organization (WHO) standards for drinking purpose by the general public.

A control room has been established to monitor these filtration plants round the clock. All the citizens are requested to intimate their complaints on phone No. 0300-9508476 in case they find any fault.
