Srinagar, August 03 2013 (PPI-OT): In occupied Kashmir, the All Parties Hurriyet Conference (APHC) leader and the Chairman of Jammu and Kashmir Peoples League (JKPL), Mukhtar Ahmad Waza has expressed profound grief and sorrow over the custodial killing of a civilian. Mukhtar Ahmad Waza visited Bulsoo Kulgam and expressed sympathy and solidarity with the family of the deceased, Muhammad Jabbar Sheikh.
He told the family members that the incident was not new for the people of Kashmir who laid their precious lives for the Kashmir cause. He termed the custodial killing of the youth as the worst kind of human rights violation. He said that the India troops had a long list of custodial killings that was evident from hundreds of unmarked graves in the valley.
He appealed to the international human rights organisations to take strong note of the Indian state terrorism in the occupied territory.
