A strong westerly wave is affecting upper parts of the country and likely to persist in upper parts during next 24 hours.

Mainly dry weather is expected in most parts of the country. Rain-wind/thunderstorm is expected in upper Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Islamabad, upper Punjab, Pothohar region and Kashmir. Heavy falls and hailstorm are likely to occur at few places in Kashmir and adjoining hilly areas.

Sunday

Mainly dry weather is expected in most parts of the country. Light rain-thunderstorm is expected in upper Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Kashmir and Gilgit-Baltistan.
