Yasmin asks commissioners, deputy commissioners to personally monitor anti-polio campaign

Punjab Health Minister Dr. Yasmin Rashid has asked the commissioners and deputy commissioners to personally monitor the five-day anti-polio campaign that has started in twenty districts of province from today.

While issuing directives from Lahore, she said that target set for the vaccination of children must be achieved and the role of parents is crucial in making Punjab polio free.

She said that during the campaign, 14.8 million children will be vaccinated and 23,000 teams will conduct the campaign.
