10 Killed, 13 Injured as Van Catches Fire in Islamabad-Murree Expressway Crash

Islamabad: Ten people were killed and thirteen others injured after a passenger van crashed and caught fire on the Islamabad-Murree Expressway today.

According to Radio Pakistan, the passenger vehicle carrying 23 people met with the accident at Khajut on the Murree Expressway. The injured have been shifted to PIMS Hospital Islamabad.

Chief Minister Punjab Maryam Nawaz Sharif has expressed deep sorrow and grief over the loss of precious lives in the traffic accident on the Murree Expressway. She directed that the injured be provided with immediate and best possible medical treatment.
