1100 Electric Buses Introduced in Punjab to Aid Commuters

Lahore: A delegation from the 55th Staff Course of Pakistan Navy War College, led by Rear Admiral Sohail Ahmad Azmi, met with Punjab Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz in Lahore. The delegation, composed of officers from Pakistan’s three armed forces and officers from the armed forces of fifteen friendly countries, was briefed on recent transportation initiatives.

According to Radio Pakistan, during the meeting, Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz announced that eleven hundred green electric buses have been introduced across various cities in the province. This initiative aims to enhance commuter convenience and promote environmentally friendly transportation solutions.
