2 youth booked under PSA in Pulwama sent to Jammu

Srinagar, March 17, 2019 (PPI-OT):In occupied Kashmir, the authorities slapped draconian Public Safety Act (PSA) on two youth in Pulwama district and sent them to Kot Bhalwal Jail in Jammu. Police arrested the youth, Nasir Rashid, son of Abdul Rashid of Rajpora, and Ashiq Hussain Dar, son of Ghulam Nabi Dar of Rohmoo village, a couple of weeks ago from their residences. Ahead of Indian parliamentary elections some more persons were expected to be booked in the area.

A Junior Engineer of Beacon went missing in Kralpora area of North Kashmir’s Kupwara district on Saturday afternoon. A police official said that they had received a complaint from the commanding officer of Beacon station at Meelyal about disappearance of Junior Engineer presently posted at Meelyal station in Kralpora area of Kupwara. “A missing complaint has been lodged at Kralpora police station,” the police official said.
