Chairman Senate, Muhammad Sadiq Sanjrani Exchanging views with Chief Minister of Balochistan, Mir Abdul Qudoos Bizenjo at Parliament House Islamabad

Chief Minister of Balochistan, Abdul Qadoos Bizinjo today called on Chairman Senate Muhammad Sadiq Sanjrani here at Parliament House and discussed the current flood situation in Pakistan, especially in Balochistan.

The Chief Minister of Balochistan apprised the Chairman Senate about the flood situation and relief operation in Balochistan province. The Chairman Senate underlined that the recent flood situation is unprecedented in the country’s history. No government alone can cope with such floods and calamities

“The upper house will play its role for the relief and rehabilitation of the flood affectees and that the entire nation needs to come forward to help the flood victims”, he maintained.

He relished the efforts of the provincial government of Balochistan for providing assistance and helping the flood sufferers in these testing times.

Chairman Senate stressed that apart from the provincial government, every individual and welfare organization should also participate in the relief and rehabilitation process.
