40 Die in Rain-Related Incidents in Punjab and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa

Lahore: Forty people have died and sixty-eight others injured in rain-related incidents during the ongoing monsoon season in different areas of Punjab and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.

According to Radio Pakistan, one hundred and two houses were also damaged due to rainfall in both provinces. The current rains are expected to continue till tomorrow (Tuesday), for which PDMA has already issued a letter to the district administrations to remain alert and take precautionary measures.
