Abacus and inDrive Partner to Enhance Customer Service

Islamabad: inDrive, a global mobility platform, has announced a strategic partnership with Abacus Outsourcing to enhance customer service. The collaboration aims to integrate Abacus’s expertise in customer support with inDrive’s ride-hailing platform, promising improved service quality for millions of users.

The partnership was inaugurated at Abacus Global Delivery Center in Lahore, with senior leadership from both companies in attendance. Awais Saeed, inDrive’s Country Head, emphasized the partnership’s goal to provide users with safer rides and an improved customer experience. Shaheryar Rafiq of Abacus highlighted the company’s commitment to addressing customer challenges through innovative solutions.

This initiative is set to establish new service standards in the ride-hailing industry, focusing on faster issue resolution and seamless customer experiences.
