Acting President Conducts Key Meetings with Political and Business Leaders in Islamabad

Islamabad: Acting President Syed Yousaf Raza Gilani held multiple meetings with political figures and representatives of the business community in Islamabad today. Matters of national, regional, and international importance, including the security situation and flash floods, were discussed during the meetings.

According to Radio Pakistan, those who called on the Acting President included Governor Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Faisal Karim Kundi, PPP Parliamentary Leader in the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Assembly Ahmad Karim Kundi, former Federal and Provincial Minister Syed Samsam Bukhari, former President of Azad Jammu and Kashmir Sardar Muhammad Yaqoob Khan, former Foreign Minister Syed Jalil Abbas Jilani, and Chairman of the Rice Exporters Association of Pakistan Faisal Jahangir.
