Acting Senate Chairman Invites British Businessmen to Invest in Pakistan

Islamabad: Acting Senate Chairman Syedaal Khan has invited British businesses to explore investment opportunities in Pakistan. During a meeting with the UK Deputy Speaker and his delegation in Islamabad, he emphasized the favorable environment available for foreign investors in the country.

According to Radio Pakistan, Syedaal Khan urged British traders and companies to invest in Pakistan’s energy, technology, and industrial sectors to enhance economic cooperation between the two nations. He highlighted the potential for mutual growth and development through such partnerships.

Furthermore, Syedaal Khan briefed the UK delegation on the strategic importance of Gwadar Port, describing it as a trade hub that offers vast opportunities for international investors. He pointed out that the development of Gwadar Port could significantly boost trade activities and economic ties between Pakistan and the UK.

The UK Deputy Speaker, in response, appreciated Pakistan’s democratic progress and showed interest in furthering economic collaboration. The meeting concluded on a positive note, with both parties expressing optimism about future engagements and partnerships.
