Afghan Citizen Card Holders Given 26-Day Deadline to Return

Islamabad: Twenty-six days remain for Afghan citizen card holders in Pakistan to return to Afghanistan. The government has set a deadline of September 1 for these individuals to leave the country.

According to Radio Pakistan, authorities have urged Afghan citizen card holders to finalize their return arrangements within this timeframe. While the government is firm on the deadline, it has assured that no one will be mistreated during the repatriation process. Provisions for food and health facilities will be available for those returning to Afghanistan.

The decision to repatriate Afghan citizens has been implemented to ensure that only individuals with legal status remain in Pakistan.
