Ahsan Calls for Collective Efforts to Combat Climate Change

Lahore: Minister for Planning and Development, Ahsan Iqbal, has called for a unified approach involving the industrial sector, the public, and the government to address the challenges posed by climate change. Speaking at a seminar in Lahore, he emphasized the importance of collaboration to mitigate the effects of environmental pollution.

According to Radio Pakistan, Ahsan Iqbal highlighted the grim statistic that approximately one hundred thousand lives are lost annually due to environmental pollution. He urged developed nations to honor their commitment of providing one hundred billion dollars to support efforts in combating climate change.
