Gilgit: Planning Minister Ahsan Iqbal has emphasized the need for expediting the ongoing development projects in Gilgit-Baltistan. Addressing bureaucrats in Gilgit, he said development is impossible without tackling climate challenges, calling for greater focus on energy, green infrastructure, health, and social development.

According to Radio Pakistan, Ahsan stressed the importance of addressing climate-related issues as a priority to ensure sustainable development. He highlighted the need for increased efforts in energy, green infrastructure, health, and social sectors to foster comprehensive growth in the region.
