Ahsan Iqbal Highlights Corporate Sector’s Role in Promoting Pakistan’s Identity

Islamabad: Planning Minister Ahsan Iqbal has emphasized the importance of corporate and national branding in unlocking the country’s economic potential, particularly in enhancing exports. He was chairing a consultative meeting for the establishment of the National Center for Brand Development in Islamabad today, which was attended by heads of private institutions and branding experts.

According to Radio Pakistan, the Minister said national branding requires joint efforts of the corporate sector, industries, and national stakeholders. Ahsan Iqbal noted that the national identity is reflected in the products Pakistan creates and how they are presented to the world. By promoting these goods and services, the country is directly elevating its national brand.

He urged the corporate sector and industries to play their role in highlighting Pakistan’s national identity. The Minister also mentioned that more work needs to be done for the cultural identity of Pakistan.
