Lahore: On September 2, 2024, the Board of Directors of Air Link Communication Limited declared a substantial final cash dividend for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2024, amounting to Rs. 4 per share, which is 40% of the share value. This follows an earlier interim dividend payout of 20%, totaling Rs. 2 per share for the same period.

According to information available from the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX), the company’s financial outcomes were solidified in a meeting in Lahore, where no issuance of bonus or right shares was announced. These documents detail the financial health and operational achievements of Air Link Communication over the past year.

In a significant development for its manufacturing operations, Air Link Communication also announced the commencement of production at its new state-of-the-art TV production facility in Lahore, set to begin next month. This facility will start by producing Xiaomi Smart TVs, marking a significant step in diversifying the company’s product line and enhancing its revenue streams.

The Annual General Meeting (AGM) of Air Link Communication is scheduled for September 27, 2024, in Lahore, with the company’s share transfer books to be closed from September 21 to September 27, 2024. Shareholders registered by the end of business on September 20 will be eligible for the declared dividends and can participate in the AGM.
