Muzaffarabad:Prime Minister of Azad Jammu and Kashmir Iftikhar Gilani emphasized the potential of hydropower to boost state revenue and create jobs during a meeting in Muzaffarabad.
According to Radio Pakistan, Gilani chaired a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Power Development Organisation to discuss this initiative.
He noted that the government is prioritizing various sectors to enhance the state’s economy. A comprehensive policy will be developed to ensure the effective implementation and timely completion of projects in the hydropower sector and beyond.
