AJK PM Urges US Role in Resolving Longstanding Kashmir Issue

Islamabad: The Prime Minister of Azad Jammu and Kashmir Chaudhry Anwar ul Haq says the meeting between the US President Donald Trump and Field Marshal Syed Asim Munir is of utmost importance amid rapidly changing regional and global scenario. In a statement, he said the US President can play an important role in resolving the longstanding Kashmir issue.

According to Radio Pakistan, Chaudhry Anwar ul Haq reiterated that lasting peace in the region is linked to the settlement of the Kashmir dispute, which is the root cause of unrest in the region.
