AJK Residents Dismiss Disruptive Efforts by Joint Action Committee

Islamabad: The people of Azad Jammu and Kashmir have rejected attempts by the proscribed Joint Action Committee to disrupt peace and public order, thwarting its malicious designs.

According to Radio Pakistan, normal life continues across Azad Jammu and Kashmir, including the capital, Muzaffarabad, as well as other districts. Furthermore, markets and business centers remain open in Muzaffarabad, Mirpur, Bhimber, Kotli, Neelum, and other cities, while commercial activities have resumed in all major trading hubs across the region.

Similarly, social activities are also continuing as usual in different parts of Azad Jammu and Kashmir. Like other segments of society, traders and transporters have also rejected the call given by the banned committee and continued their routine business activities.

By rejecting the protest call, the people of Azad Jammu and Kashmir have demonstrated their commitment to peace and acted as responsible and law-abiding citizens.
