Akhilesh Yadav Accuses Yogi Government of Damaging Uttar Pradesh’s Reputation Through Violence

New Delhi: Akhilesh Yadav, the President of the Samajwadi Party and former Chief Minister of Uttar Pradesh, has publicly criticized the current state government under Yogi Adityanath’s leadership for allegedly perpetuating violence and bloodshed, which he claims tarnishes the image of Uttar Pradesh.

According to Kashmir Media Service, Yadav articulated his concerns via a post on X, asserting that the actions of the Yogi government constitute a “big conspiracy” against the future of Uttar Pradesh. He emphasized that incidents labeled as ‘fake encounters’ represent a form of injustice, stating that reliance on such measures for strength is a tactic of the weakest.

Further elaborating on his critique, Yadav expressed that the punitive measures taken by the BJP-led government are a form of retaliation against the citizens of Uttar Pradesh, following the BJP’s defeat in the Lok Sabha elections. He also voiced a stark prediction about the political future of the Yogi administration, suggesting that their awareness of their diminishing power is leading to deliberate deterioration of the state’s governance and societal peace.
