Ambassador Rizwan Saeed Sheikh Convenes Conference of Consul Generals to Bolster Pak-US Ties

Washington D.C: Ambassador Rizwan Saeed Sheikh led a significant conference with Pakistan’s Consul Generals in the United States, focusing on enhancing community engagement, consular services, and economic relations. The gathering aimed to address the Pakistani diaspora’s needs and explore new trade opportunities at the state level.

According to Embassy of Pakistan – Washington D.C, “The conference, which lasted over six hours, brought together Consul Generals from Chicago, Houston, Los Angeles, and New York, along with trade and commercial officers. Discussions covered a range of topics from improving service delivery to expanding biometric verification services for various transactions within the Pakistani community.” Ambassador Sheikh emphasized the community’s pivotal role in strengthening Pak-US relations and highlighted the government’s initiatives to ease the visa process to boost business and tourism.
