Ambassador Urges Pakistani Diaspora to Strengthen Pak-US Relations

Islamabad: Pakistan’s Ambassador to the United States, Rizwan Saeed Sheikh, has called on the Pakistani diaspora to actively engage in strengthening the bilateral ties between Pakistan and the U.S., emphasizing the role of the community in enhancing economic relations.

According to Ministry of Information and Broadcasting, speaking at an event organized by the Overseas Pakistanis Foundation in the Jamshed Marker Hall of the Embassy, Ambassador Sheikh highlighted the significance of the U.S. as Pakistan’s largest trading partner. He stressed that stronger economic ties would benefit Pakistanis both at home and in the U.S.

The ambassador expressed his eagerness to work with the Pakistani community to further mutual interests and encouraged proactive involvement from the diaspora. The event also saw contributions from Syed Qamar Raza, Jawad Sherazi, Asad Chaudhry, Ayesha Khan, and Mazhar Chughtai, all of whom echoed the importance of the diaspora’s role in diplomatic and economic efforts.
