Apna Microfinance Bank Announces Executive Leadership Change

Karachi: Apna Microfinance Bank Limited has announced a significant change in its leadership. Effective September 21, 2024, Mr. Wajahat Malik will step down as the Chief Executive and Director of the bank. Mr. Mansoor Ahmad will assume the role of Acting Chief Executive.

This transition marks a pivotal shift in the bank’s executive team as Mr. Malik, who has served as the Chief Executive, hands over the reins to Mr. Ahmad. According to information available from the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX), this leadership change comes at a crucial time for the bank as it navigates through various operational challenges and opportunities.

The bank has informed TRE Certificate Holders of the Exchange about this leadership change to ensure transparency and compliance with regulatory requirements.
