Apna Microfinance Bank Limited Delays Annual Meeting

Karachi, Apna Microfinance Bank Limited has been granted an extension by the Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan for holding its Annual General Meeting, which was due after the end of the fiscal year on December 31, 2023. The new deadline is now May 29, 2024. According to information available from the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX), the extension is intended to allow the bank more time to prepare detailed financial reports and address any compliance issues before engaging with its shareholders.
