Appointment of Independent Director at Cordoba Logistics and Ventures Limited

Karachi: Cordoba Logistics and Ventures Limited has announced the appointment of Mr. Tariq Husain as an Independent Director to its Board, effective from September 19, 2024. According to information available from the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX), the decision follows compliance with Section 96 of the Securities Act, 2015 alongside Clause 5,6,1 of the PSX Regulations.

The Company’s Board has granted authority to the Chief Executive Officer and/or the Company Secretary to undertake all necessary actions, including signing and filing documents, to enforce the resolution. These measures ensure compliance and communication with the TRE Certificate I holders of the Exchange.
