Appointment of New Director at OSPL Services Pakistan Confirmed by Registrar Modaraba

Karachi: The management company of OLP Modaraba, OSPL Services Pakistan (Private) Limited, has announced the approval of Mr. Naveed Kamran Baloch as its new Director. This change comes following the resignation of the previous director, Mr. Shaheen Amin, effective from August 6, 2024.

In a recent communication, the Registrar Modaraba confirmed the appointment through a formal letter dated September 11, 2024, which was received by OSPL on September 12, 2024. Mr. Naveed Kamran Baloch, previously named in a letter on August 6, officially joins the Board of Directors following this approval.

According to information available from the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX), the updated Board of Directors at OSPL now includes Mr. Naveed Kamran Baloch serving as an Independent Director, Mr. Raheel Qamar Ahmad as the Chief Executive/Managing Director, and several other members: Mr. Ramon Alfrey, Mr. Nausherwan Adil, Mr. Nadim D. Khan, Mian Faysal Riaz, and Ms. Naila Hasan, the latter of whom holds the position of Female Independent Director.

The restructuring within OSPL Services Pakistan is part of ongoing administrative changes aimed at strengthening the governance and operational capabilities of the company. This transition is expected to support the company’s strategic goals and enhance its performance in the competitive market of financial management services.
