Arrangements for Repatriation of Pakistani Nationals from Somalia in Progress

Addis Ababa:Arrangements to repatriate the bodies of Pakistani nationals who died in Somalia are underway following directives from Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif.

According to Radio Pakistan, the bodies have arrived in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia, where Ethiopian Airlines staff are completing necessary preparations before final clearance is granted for their transport to Karachi.

The Prime Minister has instructed relevant authorities to ensure the repatriation process is completed as quickly as possible.

Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif assured all necessary assistance for the return of the bodies of Syed Kashif Umar, Ahmed Ansari, and Rafiullah. He expressed his condolences to Azhan Kashif, son of the deceased Syed Kashif Umar, promising the government’s support in the repatriation efforts.
