Ashrafi Urges Ulema to Promote Brotherhood During Ramzan

Lahore: Prime Minister’s Coordinator for Religious Harmony Hafiz Muhammad Tahir Mehmood Ashrafi has urged Ulema to use the ‘Mimbar’ and ‘Mehrab’ to promote peace, tolerance, and brotherhood during the holy month of Ramzan. Addressing a joint meeting on “Ramazan and the Responsibilities of the Mimbar” in Lahore today, Hafiz Tahir Mehmood Ashrafi emphasized the importance of religious leaders in fostering a harmonious society.

According to Radio Pakistan, Ashrafi highlighted the necessity of implementing a code of conduct during Ramzan to ensure sectarian harmony. He stressed that religious leaders should play an active role in guiding the community towards unity and understanding, using their platforms to advocate for peace and cooperation among different sects.
