Karachi: Askari General Insurance Company Limited has announced a scheduled board meeting on October 23, 2024, at Rawalpindi, to review the quarterly financial statements for the period ending September 30, 2024. The meeting aims to discuss the results and any entitlement declarations for the period.

According to information available from the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX), the company has also entered a closed period from October 17 to October 23, 2024, adhering to PSX regulations section 5.6.1(d). During this time, company directors, CEOs, or executives are prohibited from buying or selling company shares.

The management has requested that TRE Certificate Holders of the exchange be duly informed about these developments to ensure compliance and transparency in dealings during this period.
