Attaullah Tarar condoles demise of Athar Waqar Azeem

Minister for Information and Broadcasting Attaullah Tarar has expressed grief over the sad demise of PTV’s former director of current affairs Athar Waqar Azeem.

In a statement today, he prayed for higher status for the departed soul and also commiserated with the bereaved family.

The Minister said services of Athar Waqar Azeem for Pakistan Television will always be remembered.

He said the fifty-year professional career of Athar Waqar Azmar is a beacon for future generations.
