Baba Guru Nanak’s Birth Anniversary Celebrations Underway in Nankana Sahib

Nankana sahib: The 556th birth anniversary celebrations of the founder of the Sikh religion, Baba Guru Nanak Dev Ji, are being held in Nankana Sahib.

According to Radio Pakistan, Sikh Yatrees from Pakistan and abroad are arriving in Nankana Sahib to participate in the ceremonies and perform religious rituals at Gurdwara Janam Asthan. More than two thousand Sikh Yatrees from India are expected to reach Pakistan through the Wagha Border on Tuesday.

The main ceremony of the birth anniversary celebrations will take place at Gurdwara Janam Asthan on Wednesday, with approximately thirty thousand Yatrees anticipated to attend. Federal and provincial ministers will also be present at the main ceremony, highlighting the significance of the event.
