Manama: Foreign Minister of Bahrain Dr. Abdullatif bin Rashid Al Zayani has congratulated Deputy Prime Minister Mohammad Ishaq Dar on the signing of the Islamabad Memorandum of Understanding between the United States and Iran, with Pakistan acting as a witness. The congratulatory message was conveyed during a telephonic conversation between the Bahraini Foreign Minister and Deputy Prime Minister Mohammad Ishaq Dar.
According to Radio Pakistan, the Bahraini Foreign Minister praised Pakistan’s mediation role in facilitating the understanding reached between the United States and Iran. This mediation is seen as a significant step towards fostering peace and stability in the region. Both leaders expressed their hopes that this development would contribute positively to regional dynamics.
They also took the opportunity to reaffirm the strong bilateral ties between Pakistan and Bahrain. The importance of continued high-level engagement and close cooperation between the two countries was underscored, highlighting their commitment to further strengthening relations.
