Balochistan Braces for Mixed Weather Conditions

Quetta: The Regional Meteorological Center in Balochistan forecasts a varied weather pattern across the province in the coming days, with cold and dry conditions in the north, while other regions anticipate rain and thundershowers.

According to Directorate General Public Relation – Govt of Balochistan, Tuesday will bring cold and dry weather to northern Balochistan, while the Sibi and Naseerabad divisions are expected to remain dry. In contrast, areas such as Lasbela, Gwadar, Jiwani, Kech, Khuzdar, Turbat, and Awaran may experience partly cloudy skies with occasional rain and thundershowers. The weather is predicted to turn hot and dry in most districts by Wednesday.

Recent temperature readings show a range of conditions across the province: Kalat at 8.0/24.0 degrees Celsius, Quetta at 10.5/28.0, Dhob at 14.0/30.0, Dalbandin at 16.5/36.5, and Khuzdar at 16.0/31.0. Coastal regions such as Lasbela reported lows of 19.6 degrees, while Turbat registered a high of 39.0 degrees.
