Karachi: Baluchistan Glass Limited has scheduled a board meeting for October 29, 2024, at their headquarters in Lahore to discuss the company’s financial results for the quarter ending September 30, 2024. According to a letter addressed to the General Manager of the Pakistan Stock Exchange, the meeting will take place at Karachi.

During this period, the company will observe a closed period from October 18, 2024, to October 29, 2024, as per the regulations of the Pakistan Stock Exchange. This prohibits all directors, executives, and major shareholders from trading company shares until the financial results are officially disclosed. According to information available from the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX), this measure ensures compliance with financial disclosure regulations and maintains market integrity.

The Chief Financial Officer of Baluchistan Glass, Muhammad Kashif Siddique, has indicated that the primary agenda for the upcoming meeting will be to review the first quarterly financial statement of the fiscal year. The outcomes of this meeting are expected to provide insights into the company’s financial health and strategic direction for the coming months.
