Karachi, May 06, 2013 (PPI-OT): This is to inform you at the Extraordinary General Meeting of the Company held at 12.00 A.M on Monday May 06, 2013, at Bestway Building 19-A, College, Road, F-7 Markaz Islamabad have unanimously resolved for merger of Mustehkam Cement Limited with and into Bestway Cement Limited (BWCL) and passed the resolution placed before it as special resolution without any modification.

Minutes of the EOGM will be sent to the Exchange for circulation amongst its member in due course.
