Bilal Azhar Kayani Reiterates Focus on Growth-Oriented Economic Policies

Karachi: Minister of State for Finance Bilal Azhar Kayani has reaffirmed the government’s commitment to inclusive, consultative, and growth-oriented economic policymaking ahead of the upcoming federal budget. This commitment was emphasized during an interactive session with members of the business community, exporters, and media at the Karachi Chamber of Commerce and Industry.

According to Radio Pakistan, the Minister of State highlighted that the Prime Minister has established nine working groups consisting of experts and stakeholders from various sectors. These groups are tasked with developing targeted policy recommendations aimed at achieving long-term economic growth.

Bilal Azhar Kayani further stated that the government is actively engaging stakeholders nationwide. The purpose of these engagements is to incorporate valuable feedback from exporters, traders, and industry representatives into the budget formulation process, ensuring that policies are well-informed and effective.
