Bilawal Bhutto Zardari Opens New Water Treatment Plant in Karachi

Karachi:Chairman of the Pakistan Peoples Party, Bilawal Bhutto Zardari, inaugurated the country’s first newly constructed Water Treatment Plant-I under the Greater Karachi Sewerage Plan.

According to Radio Pakistan, the plant is designed to treat and reuse the city’s wastewater, contributing to Karachi’s water supply.

Bilawal Bhutto Zardari emphasized during the inaugural ceremony that addressing Karachi’s water issues and other fundamental problems is a top priority for the Pakistan Peoples Party.

In the initial phase, the facility is set to treat 35 million gallons of water daily, which will assist in meeting the water requirements of the SITE industrial area.
