Islamabad: Chairperson, Benazir Income Support Programme, Senator Rubina Khalid says the government has empowered ten million women through mega ‘Digital Financial Inclusion Drive under BISP. In an interview with PTV, she described it as one of the largest monetary support programs in the world, designed to provide secure, direct, and transparent assistance to women across the country.
According to Radio Pakistan, Rubina Khalid emphasized that this initiative not only ensures timely cash transfers but also empowers women to utilize these resources for their personal and family development, reinforcing dignity and self-reliance.
