Board meeting of Ghani Value Glass Limited to be held on February 24, 2023

Karachi, Ghani Value Glass Limited informed Pakistan Stock Exchange that the board meeting of the company is scheduled to be held on February 24, 2023 at Lahore. The agenda of the meeting shall be consideration of quarterly accounts for the period ended December 31, 2022.

Further, the closed period of the company shall be from February 18, 2023 to February 24, 2023 (both days inclusive).
