Karachi: Ghani Value Glass Limited has informed Karachi Stock Exchange that their board meeting to be held on March 31, 2014. The agenda of the meeting is to appoint Chairman and Chief Executive Officer.

The period starting from March 25, 2014 to March 31, 2014 (both days inclusive) has been declared to be a “Closed Period” during which directors, CEO or executives of the company are not allowed, directly or indirectly, to deal in shares of the company in any manner.
